Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purpose, including phishing, scams, or money laundering.
• Operate unlicensed or illegal financial services, brokerage, CFD, Forex, investment, trading, payment, banking, lending or crypto-asset services in any jurisdiction.
• Operate illegal or unlicensed gambling, betting, casino, iGaming or lottery activities, or target jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited or require authorisation you do not hold.
• Engage in fraud, scams, misleading marketing, impersonation, fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake results, fake licence information, fake regulatory approvals or deceptive funnels.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other financial crime.
• Provide unauthorised crypto-asset services or target jurisdictions without the required legal authorisation.
• Use the software, Aura OSYS infrastructure, name, company details or brand to mislead users into believing Aura OSYS operates, owns, supervises, approves or endorses the Client's business, regulatory status or transactions.
• Engage in any activity that exposes Aura OSYS to legal, regulatory, reputational, financial, security or operational risk.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to compromise systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, including scraping, credential theft, cyber abuse or unlawful surveillance.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or otherwise violate applicable anti-spam and electronic communications laws.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Use the Services to host or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except as permitted by law or your subscription.

Where prohibited use is suspected, Aura OSYS may investigate, request additional information, restrict features, disable licence validation, suspend or refuse service and terminate access, in addition to any other rights and remedies available under the applicable agreement or law. Aura OSYS may cooperate with regulators, law enforcement, courts, payment providers and other competent authorities where legally required.
