Aura OSYS provides software infrastructure, CRM systems, dashboards, websites, white-label platforms and business tools. Aura OSYS does not provide financial, investment, brokerage, trading, crypto-asset, payment, gambling, legal, tax or compliance services and does not hold, manage, process, receive, transmit, custody or control client funds or end-user funds.

When the Client deploys and operates the software on its own domain, hosting, database and infrastructure, Aura OSYS does not host, store, access, control or process end-user personal data from the Client's platform. The Client is the sole controller of all data collected through its deployment and is solely responsible for privacy notices, cookie consent, lawful basis, retention, deletion, security, breach notification and data subject requests.

Where Aura OSYS expressly agrees in writing to provide hosting, maintenance, technical support, debugging, database access, analytics, integrations or any other service requiring access to personal data, Aura OSYS acts as a processor or service provider on the Client's behalf under the applicable Data Processing Addendum or written agreement. The Client remains the controller and remains solely responsible for its end-users, privacy notices, lawful basis, retention and regulatory obligations.

For visitors and prospective clients of auraosys.com, Aura OSYS may collect contact details, company details, technical data, communication data and inquiry details for sales, support, security, legal and legitimate business purposes. Aura OSYS is not responsible for the Client's own collection or use of personal data unless expressly agreed in writing.

• Contact data you submit via forms: name, company, email, phone or Telegram handle, country, website, system needed, estimated users, and message.
• Technical data from your browser: IP address, user agent, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Account & usage data if you become a client of a platform we operate, limited to what is needed to deliver the service.

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes (legitimate interest / contract).
• To deliver, maintain, and secure the Services (contract).
• To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• To improve our products and marketing (legitimate interest, with opt-out).

We share personal data only with vetted processors strictly necessary to run the Services: cloud hosting, database and email providers, payment processors, analytics, and customer communication tools (e.g. Telegram for lead routing). We do not sell personal data.

Aura OSYS is based in the United Arab Emirates and works with international clients and vendors. Personal data may be processed outside the UAE or your country of residence. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect international transfers.

We keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months after last interaction. Client account data is kept for the duration of the contract plus the period required by applicable law (typically 5–7 years for accounting records).

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing of your data. Email hello@auradynamics.management and we will respond within 30 days.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure. No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected users and authorities of any qualifying breach as required by law.
