Refund Policy

We want every client to be satisfied with the platforms we operate. This policy describes when refunds are available for Aura OSYS subscriptions and one-off services.
1. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you keep access until then.
2. Setup and customisation fees
One-off setup, integration, and customisation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, because they cover engineering time already delivered. If work has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans paid up front may be cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase for a pro-rata refund of the unused months, provided no significant customisation work has been delivered.
4. Service failures
If the Service is materially unavailable for reasons attributable to us, we will issue service credits or, where required by law, a refund of the affected period.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@auradynamics.management from the address associated with your account, with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to suspension of the Service.
